Is TranzactCard Visa bank card a prepaid card?
It's not a prepaid card. Your bank card comes with your TranzactCard Account, a banking account like the checking accounts traditional banks offer. To use your bank card, you'll need to deposit funds into your account.

Is there a minimum or maximum to how much money I can have in my account?
There's no limit to the amount of money that you can have in your account, and you don't have to worry about maintaining a minimum balance to keep your account open! Plus, your funds are entitled to up to $250,000 of pass-through deposit insurance coverage through our issuing bank, Evolve Bank & Trust; Member FDIC.

How old do I have to be to open an account?

Why am I being asked to provide a photo-ID?
Sometimes we may need more information to verify your identity to keep your information and our platform safe. If you are prompted, please upload one of these forms of identification:

• A valid, unexpired state-issued driver's license or identification card
• A valid, unexpired U.S. passport or U.S. passport card
• A valid, unexpired permanent residence card

If you are unable to provide one of the documents above, we will not be able to verify your identity and unfortunately cannot open an account for you.

Where do I find my routing and account numbers?
You can then choose, 'See full account number' next to your account name and a box will open to display your account and routing number.
